English translation of the verse 10 surah - [Zakariya (Zachariah)] said: "My Lord! Appoint for me a sign." He said:

Translation of the verse 10 from Surah Maryam : Number of verses 98 - - page 305 - Part 16.

﴾قَالَ رَبِّ ٱجۡعَل لِّيٓ ءَايَةٗۖ قَالَ ءَايَتُكَ أَلَّا تُكَلِّمَ ٱلنَّاسَ ثَلَٰثَ لَيَالٖ سَوِيّٗا ﴿
[ مريم: 10]

[Zakariya (Zachariah)] said: "My Lord! Appoint for me a sign." He said: "Your sign is that you shall not speak unto mankind for three nights, though having no bodily defect."

English - Sahih International

[Zechariah] said, "My Lord, make for me a sign." He said, "Your sign is that you will not speak to the people for three nights, [being] sound."

(19:10) Zachariah said, "Lord, appoint a sign for me". He said, "The sign for you is that you shall not talk to the people for three consecutive days."
