Surat Al-Anbiya’ Verse No. 103: Reading and listening

Translation of the verse 103 from Surah Al-Anbiya’ : Number of verses 112 - - page 331 - Part 17.

﴾لَا يَحۡزُنُهُمُ ٱلۡفَزَعُ ٱلۡأَكۡبَرُ وَتَتَلَقَّىٰهُمُ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ هَٰذَا يَوۡمُكُمُ ٱلَّذِي كُنتُمۡ تُوعَدُونَ ﴿
[ الأنبياء: 103]

The greatest terror (on the Day of Resurrection) will not grieve them, and the angels will meet them, (with the greeting): "This is your Day which you were promised."

English - Sahih International

They will not be grieved by the greatest terror, and the angels will meet them, [saying], "This is your Day which you have been promised" -

Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

(21:103) the time of the great fright will not trouble them at all; *98 the angels will rush forth to receive them, saying: "This is the very Day which you were promised!"

*98) That is, "The time of mustering and going before Allah will be very dreadful for the common people but the righteous people will have full peace of mind because everything will be happening according to their expectations. Their faith and the righteous deeds they did in the world, will help console them by the grace of Allah and, instead of grief and sorrow, they will be filled with the hope that they are going to get their promised rewards."
