Translation of the verse 12 from Surah Ar-Ra‘d : Number of verses 43 - - page 250 - Part 13.

﴾هُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُرِيكُمُ ٱلۡبَرۡقَ خَوۡفٗا وَطَمَعٗا وَيُنشِئُ ٱلسَّحَابَ ٱلثِّقَالَ ﴿
[ الرعد: 12]

It is He who shows you the lightning, as a fear (for travellers) and as a hope (for those who wait for rain). And it is He Who brings up (or originates) the clouds, heavy (with water).

It is He who shows you lightening, [causing] fear and aspiration, and generates the heavy clouds.
