Translation of the verse 12 from Surah Al-MuTaffifin : Number of verses 36 - - page 588 - Part 30.

surah المطففين ayah 12 - And none deny it except every sinful transgressor.

And none can deny it except every transgressor beyond bounds, (in disbelief, oppression and disobedience of Allah, the sinner!)

And none deny it except every sinful transgressor.

(83:12) Yet none gives the lie to it except the transgressor immersed in sin;
