Translation of the verse 15 from Surah Al-‘Alaq : Number of verses 19 - - page 598 - Part 30.

﴾كـَلَّا لَئِن لَّمۡ يَنتَهِ لَنَسۡفَعَۢا بِٱلنَّاصِيَةِ ﴿
[ العلق: 15]

Nay! If he (Abu Jahl) ceases not, We will catch him by the forelock,

English - Sahih International

No! If he does not desist, We will surely drag him by the forelock -

Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

(96:15) No indeed; *12 if he does not desist, We shall drag him by the forelock;

*12) That is, the person who threatens that he would trample the neck of Muhammad (upon whom be Allah's peace and blessings) down when he performed the Prayer, would never be able to do so.
