Surat Al-Mujadilah Verse No. 17: Reading and listening
Translation of the verse 17 from Surah Al-Mujadilah : Number of verses 22 - - page 544 - Part 28.
﴾لَّن تُغۡنِيَ عَنۡهُمۡ أَمۡوَٰلُهُمۡ وَلَآ أَوۡلَٰدُهُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ شَيۡـًٔاۚ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلنَّارِۖ هُمۡ فِيهَا خَٰلِدُونَ ﴿
[ المجادلة: 17]
Their children and their wealth will avail them nothing against Allah. They will be (the) dwellers of the Fire, to dwell therein forever.
English - Sahih International
Never will their wealth or their children avail them against Allah at all. Those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally
Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi
(58:17) Neither their possessions nor their offspring will be of any avail to them against Allah. They are the people of the Fire; therein they shall abide.
