﴾صُمُّۢ بُكۡمٌ عُمۡيٞ فَهُمۡ لَا يَرۡجِعُونَ ﴿
[ البقرة: 18]

They are deaf, dumb, and blind, so they return not (to the Right Path).

Deaf, dumb and blind - so they will not return [to the right path].
