Surat Az-Zukhruf Verse No. 19: Reading and listening
Translation of the verse 19 from Surah Az-Zukhruf : Number of verses 89 - - page 490 - Part 25.
﴾وَجَعَلُواْ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ ٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ عِبَٰدُ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ إِنَٰثًاۚ أَشَهِدُواْ خَلۡقَهُمۡۚ سَتُكۡتَبُ شَهَٰدَتُهُمۡ وَيُسۡـَٔلُونَ ﴿
[ الزخرف: 19]
And they make the angels who themselves are slaves to the Most Beneficent (Allah) females. Did they witness their creation? Their evidence will be recorded, and they will be questioned!

And they have made the angels, who are servants of the Most Merciful, females. Did they witness their creation? Their testimony will be recorded, and they will be questioned.
Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi
(43:19) They claim that angels, who are Allah's chosen servants, *18 are females. Did they witness how their body is constituted? *19 Their testimony shall be written and they shall be called to account.

*18) That is, who are fret from this that they should be males or females.
*19) Another translation can be: "were they present at the time of their creation?"
