Surat Al-A‘raf Verse No. 197: Reading and listening
Translation of the verse 197 from Surah Al-A‘raf : Number of verses 206 - - page 176 - Part 9.
﴾وَٱلَّذِينَ تَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِهِۦ لَا يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ نَصۡرَكُمۡ وَلَآ أَنفُسَهُمۡ يَنصُرُونَ ﴿
[ الأعراف: 197]
"And those whom you call upon besides Him (Allah) cannot help you nor can they help themselves."

And those you call upon besides Him are unable to help you, nor can they help themselves."
Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi
(7:197) And those whom you invoke other than Allah, they can neither help themselves nor you.
