Translation of the verse 20 from Surah Al-Jinn : Number of verses 28 - - page 573 - Part 29.

﴾قُلۡ إِنَّمَآ أَدۡعُواْ رَبِّي وَلَآ أُشۡرِكُ بِهِۦٓ أَحَدٗا ﴿
[ الجن: 20]

Say (O Muhammad SAW): "I invoke only my Lord (Allah Alone), and I associate none as partners along with Him."

English - Sahih International

Say, [O Muhammad], "I only invoke my Lord and do not associate with Him anyone."

Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

(72:20) Say, (O Prophet): 'I call on my Lord alone, and I do not associate aught with Him in His Divinity.' *21

*21) That is, to call upon Allah is no objectionable thing, which may so provoke the people. The evil thing, however, is that one should associate another with Allah in His divinity, and this I never do; this is done by those who mob and surround me when they hear God mentioned by me.
