Surat Ash-Shu‘ara’ Verse No. 203: Reading and listening
Translation of the verse 203 from Surah Ash-Shu‘ara’ : Number of verses 227 - - page 375 - Part 19.
﴾فَيَقُولُواْ هَلۡ نَحۡنُ مُنظَرُونَ ﴿
[ الشعراء: 203]
Then they will say: "Can we be respited?"
English - Sahih International
And they will say, "May we be reprieved?"

(26:203) they say, "May we be given some respite ?" *127

*127) That is, "Until the criminals are actually overtaken by the torment, they do not believe in the Prophet. Then they feel remorse and desire to be given some respite when it is too late. "
