Surat Al-hijr Verse No. 22: Reading and listening
Translation of the verse 22 from Surah Al-hijr : Number of verses 99 - - page 263 - Part 14.
﴾وَأَرۡسَلۡنَا ٱلرِّيَٰحَ لَوَٰقِحَ فَأَنزَلۡنَا مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءٗ فَأَسۡقَيۡنَٰكُمُوهُ وَمَآ أَنتُمۡ لَهُۥ بِخَٰزِنِينَ ﴿
[ الحجر: 22]
And We send the winds fertilizing (to fill heavily the clouds with water), then caused the water (rain) to descend from the sky, and We gave it to you to drink, and it is not you who are the owners of its stores [i.e. to give water to whom you like or to withhold it from whom you like].

And We have sent the fertilizing winds and sent down water from the sky and given you drink from it. And you are not its retainers.

(15:22) It is We Who send the fertilising winds: then We send down' water from heaven, and then We give it to you to drink; and it is not you who hold the store of this wealth.
