Surat Muhammad Verse No. 23: Reading and listening
Translation of the verse 23 from Surah Muhammad : Number of verses 38 - - page 509 - Part 26.

﴾أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَعَنَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ فَأَصَمَّهُمۡ وَأَعۡمَىٰٓ أَبۡصَٰرَهُمۡ ﴿
[ محمد: 23]
Such are they whom Allah has cursed, so that He has made them deaf and blinded their sight.

Those [who do so] are the ones that Allah has cursed, so He deafened them and blinded their vision.
Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi
(47:23) It is these upon whom Allah has laid His curse: so He made them deaf and deprived them of their sight.
