Surat Luqman Verse No. 24: Reading and listening
Translation of the verse 24 from Surah Luqman : Number of verses 34 - - page 413 - Part 21.
﴾نُمَتِّعُهُمۡ قَلِيلٗا ثُمَّ نَضۡطَرُّهُمۡ إِلَىٰ عَذَابٍ غَلِيظٖ ﴿
[ لقمان: 24]
We let them enjoy for a little while, then in the end We shall oblige them to (enter) a great torment.

We grant them enjoyment for a little; then We will force them to a massive punishment.
Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi
(31:24) We allow them to enjoy themselves a while in the world and then We shall drive them in utter helplessness to a harsh chastisement.
