Translation of the verse 24 from Surah Qaf : Number of verses 45 - - page 519 - Part 26.

﴾أَلۡقِيَا فِي جَهَنَّمَ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ عَنِيدٖ ﴿
[ ق: 24]

(And it will be said): "Both of you throw (Order from Allah to the two angels) into Hell, every stubborn disbeliever (in the Oneness of Allah, in His Messengers, etc.).

[Allah will say], "Throw into Hell every obstinate disbeliever,

(50:24) The command was given: 'Cast into Hell *28 every hardened, stubborn unbeliever, *29

Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

*28) As the context shows this command will be given to the two angels who had taken the culprit into their custody as soon as he had risen from the grave, and then brought him before the Court. "
*29) The word kaffar" as used in the Text means an ungrateful person as well as a denier of the truth.
