Translation of the verse 29 from Surah Al-MuTaffifin : Number of verses 36 - - page 588 - Part 30.
﴾إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ أَجۡرَمُواْ كَانُواْ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ يَضۡحَكُونَ ﴿
[ المطففين: 29]
Verily! (During the worldly life) those who committed crimes used to laugh at those who believed.

Indeed, those who committed crimes used to laugh at those who believed.
