Surat Az-Zukhruf Verse No. 36: Reading and listening

Translation of the verse 36 from Surah Az-Zukhruf : Number of verses 89 - - page 492 - Part 25.

surah الزخرف ayah 36 - And whoever is blinded from remembrance of the Most Merciful - We appoint for him a devil, and he is to him a companion.


﴾وَمَن يَعۡشُ عَن ذِكۡرِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ نُقَيِّضۡ لَهُۥ شَيۡطَٰنٗا فَهُوَ لَهُۥ قَرِينٞ ﴿
[ الزخرف: 36]

And whosoever turns away (blinds himself) from the remembrance of the Most Beneficent (Allah) (i.e. this Quran and worship of Allah), We appoint for him Shaitan (Satan - devil) to be a Qarin (an intimate companion) to him.


English - Sahih International

And whoever is blinded from remembrance of the Most Merciful - We appoint for him a devil, and he is to him a companion.
