Surat Ibrahim Verse No. 41: Reading and listening
Translation of the verse 41 from Surah Ibrahim : Number of verses 52 - - page 260 - Part 13.
﴾رَبَّنَا ٱغۡفِرۡ لِي وَلِوَٰلِدَيَّ وَلِلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ يَوۡمَ يَقُومُ ٱلۡحِسَابُ ﴿
[ إبراهيم: 41]
"Our Lord! Forgive me and my parents, and (all) the believers on the Day when the reckoning will be established."

Our Lord, forgive me and my parents and the believers the Day the account is established."

*53) Prophet Abraham included his mushrik father in his prayer because he had made promise that the would pray to his Lord for his forgiveness (XIX: 48). But afterwards when he realized that he should not pray for his forgiveness because he was an enemy of Allah, he absolved himself of that promise. (IX: 114).
