Translation of the verse 43 from Surah An-Najm : Number of verses 62 - - page 527 - Part 27.

﴾وَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَ أَضۡحَكَ وَأَبۡكَىٰ ﴿
[ النجم: 43]

And that it is He (Allah) Who makes (whom He wills) laugh, and makes (whom He wills) weep;

And that it is He who makes [one] laugh and weep
