Surat Ibrahim Verse No. 49: Reading and listening
Translation of the verse 49 from Surah Ibrahim : Number of verses 52 - - page 261 - Part 13.
﴾وَتَرَى ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ يَوۡمَئِذٖ مُّقَرَّنِينَ فِي ٱلۡأَصۡفَادِ ﴿
[ إبراهيم: 49]
And you will see the Mujrimun (criminals, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism, polytheists, disobedient to Allah, etc.) that Day bound together in fetters; [Muqarranun in fetters; mean:- with their hands and feet tied to their necks with chains.]

And you will see the criminals that Day bound together in shackles,
