﴾لَيۡسَ لَهَا مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ كَاشِفَةٌ ﴿
[ النجم: 58]

None besides Allah can avert it, (or advance it, or delay it).

Of it, [from those] besides Allah, there is no remover.
