Surat Ghafir Verse No. 6: Reading and listening
Translation of the verse 6 from Surah Ghafir : Number of verses 85 - - page 467 - Part 24.
﴾وَكَذَٰلِكَ حَقَّتۡ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ أَنَّهُمۡ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلنَّارِ ﴿
[ غافر: 6]
Thus has the Word of your Lord been justified against those who disbelieved, that they will be the dwellers of the Fire.

And thus has the word of your Lord come into effect upon those who disbelieved that they are companions of the Fire.

(40:6) Thus has the decree of your Lord become due against the unbelievers. They are destined for the Fire. *5

*5) That is, `The torment that seized them in the world was not their final punishment, but Allah has also decreed that they shall go to Hell.' Another meaning can be: "Just as the nations of the past have gone to their doom, so will those people also who arc committing disbelief go to Hell, according to the fixed decree of Allah."
