Surat An-Nahl Verse No. 74: Reading and listening
Translation of the verse 74 from Surah An-Nahl : Number of verses 128 - - page 275 - Part 14.
﴾فَلَا تَضۡرِبُواْ لِلَّهِ ٱلۡأَمۡثَالَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَعۡلَمُ وَأَنتُمۡ لَا تَعۡلَمُونَ ﴿
[ النحل: 74]
So put not forward similitudes for Allah (as there is nothing similar to Him, nor He resembles anything). Truly! Allah knows and you know not.

So do not assert similarities to Allah. Indeed, Allah knows and you do not know.

(16:74) Make no comparisons, therefore, with Allah. *65 Allah knows but you do not know.

*65) "Make no comparisons with Allah" : You should not compare AIlah with others nor consider Him to be unapproachable like worldly kings and rulers, to whom none can have access without the mediation and intercession of their courtiers and servants. As Allah is not surrounded by angels, saints, favourites, etc., everyone can have direct access to Him without mediation by anyone.
