Surat Hud Verse No. 80: Reading and listening
Translation of the verse 80 from Surah Hud : Number of verses 123 - - page 230 - Part 12.
﴾قَالَ لَوۡ أَنَّ لِي بِكُمۡ قُوَّةً أَوۡ ءَاوِيٓ إِلَىٰ رُكۡنٖ شَدِيدٖ ﴿
[ هود: 80]
He said: "Would that I had strength (men) to overpower you, or that I could betake myself to some powerful support (to resist you)."
English - Sahih International
He said, "If only I had against you some power or could take refuge in a strong support."
Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi
(11:80) He said: 'Would that I had the strength to set you straight, or could seek refuge in some powerful support.'
