Surat Al-Isra’ Verse No. 96: Reading and listening
Translation of the verse 96 from Surah Al-Isra’ : Number of verses 111 - - page 291 - Part 15.
﴾قُلۡ كَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ شَهِيدَۢا بَيۡنِي وَبَيۡنَكُمۡۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ بِعِبَادِهِۦ خَبِيرَۢا بَصِيرٗا ﴿
[ الإسراء: 96]
Say: "Sufficient is Allah for a witness between me and you. Verily! He is the All-Knower, the All-Seer of His slaves."
English - Sahih International
Say, "Sufficient is Allah as Witness between me and you. Indeed he is ever, concerning His servants, Acquainted and Seeing."
Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi
(17:96) (O Muhammad), say to them, "Allah suffices for a witness to judge between you and me: for He is fully aware of and is observing what His servants are doing." *109

*109) That is, "Allah is fully aware of all my efforts which I am expending in order to reform you, and He is fully aware of the efforts you arc making against my mission. His witness is sufficient because He will pass the final judgement. "
