Surat As-saff Verse No. 12: Reading and listening
Translation of the verse 12 from Surah As-saff : Number of verses 14 - - page 552 - Part 28.
﴾يَغۡفِرۡ لَكُمۡ ذُنُوبَكُمۡ وَيُدۡخِلۡكُمۡ جَنَّٰتٖ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ وَمَسَٰكِنَ طَيِّبَةٗ فِي جَنَّٰتِ عَدۡنٖۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلۡفَوۡزُ ٱلۡعَظِيمُ ﴿

(If you do so) He will forgive you your sins, and admit you into Gardens under which rivers flow, and pleasant dwelling in Gardens of 'Adn - Eternity ['Adn (Edn) Paradise], that is indeed the great success.
English - Sahih International
He will forgive for you your sins and admit you to gardens beneath which rivers flow and pleasant dwellings in gardens of perpetual residence. That is the great attainment.

(61:12) Allah will forgive you your sins and admit you into Gardens underneath which canals flow, and will give you excellent abodes in Gardens of Eternity. This indeed is the supreme success. *17

*17) The actual profits of the bargain that they will attain in the eternal lift of the Hereafter are: (1) Immunity from the punishment of Allah; (2) forgiveness of sins; and (3> entry into the Paradise the blessings of which are eternal ana everlasting.
