Translation of the verse 18 from Surah Al-Anfal : Number of verses 75 - - page 179 - Part 9.

﴾ذَٰلِكُمۡ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُوهِنُ كَيۡدِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ ﴿
[ الأنفال: 18]

This (is the fact) and surely, Allah weakens the deceitful plots of the disbelievers.

English - Sahih International

That [is so], and [also] that Allah will weaken the plot of the disbelievers.
