﴾تَنزِيلُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡحَكِيمِ ﴿

The revelation of the Book (this Quran) is from Allah, the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.
