Translation of the verse 21 from Surah Ash-Shu‘ara’ : Number of verses 227 - - page 368 - Part 19.

﴾فَفَرَرۡتُ مِنكُمۡ لَمَّا خِفۡتُكُمۡ فَوَهَبَ لِي رَبِّي حُكۡمٗا وَجَعَلَنِي مِنَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ ﴿
[ الشعراء: 21]

"So I fled from you when I feared you. But my Lord has granted me Hukman (i.e. religious knowledge, right judgement of the affairs and Prophethood), and appointed me as one of the Messengers.

English - Sahih International

So I fled from you when I feared you. Then my Lord granted me wisdom and prophethood and appointed me [as one] of the messengers.

(26:21) then I fled from you out of fear; then my Lord bestowed wisdom and knowledge upon me," *17 and included me among the Messengers.

*17) The word. hukm means wisdom, knowledge or authority, which is granted by Allah to a Prophet so that he may speak with confidence and power.
