Translation of the verse 43 from Surah Al-Anbiya’ : Number of verses 112 - - page 325 - Part 17.

﴾أَمۡ لَهُمۡ ءَالِهَةٞ تَمۡنَعُهُم مِّن دُونِنَاۚ لَا يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ نَصۡرَ أَنفُسِهِمۡ وَلَا هُم مِّنَّا يُصۡحَبُونَ ﴿
[ الأنبياء: 43]

Or have they aliha (gods) who can guard them from Us? They have no power to help themselves, nor can they be protected from Us (i.e. from Our Torment).

English - Sahih International

Or do they have gods to defend them other than Us? They are unable [even] to help themselves, nor can they be protected from Us.

(21:43) Do they have gods who can defend them against Us? (No) for they can neither help themselves nor are they helped by Us.
