Surat Al-Anbiya’ Verse No. 57: Reading and listening

Translation of the verse 57 from Surah Al-Anbiya’ : Number of verses 112 - - page 326 - Part 17.

﴾وَتَٱللَّهِ لَأَكِيدَنَّ أَصۡنَٰمَكُم بَعۡدَ أَن تُوَلُّواْ مُدۡبِرِينَ ﴿
[ الأنبياء: 57]

"And by Allah, I shall plot a plan (to destroy) your idols after you have gone away and turned your backs."

English - Sahih International

And [I swear] by Allah, I will surely plan against your idols after you have turned and gone away."

Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

(21:57) by God, I will out-wit your idols in your absence. " *56

*56) That is, "lf you do not understand this by argument, I will present a practical proof that these idols are helpless and have no powers. Therefore, it is wrong to make them your deities".
