Translation of the verse 65 from Surah Ghafir : Number of verses 85 - - page 474 - Part 24.
He is the Ever Living, La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), so invoke Him making your worship pure for Him Alone (by worshipping Him Alone, and none else, and by doing righteous deeds sincerely for Allah's sake only, and not to show off, and not to set up rivals with Him in worship). All the praises and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists).
He is the Ever-Living; there is no deity except Him, so call upon Him, [being] sincere to Him in religion. [All] praise is [due] to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
(40:65) He is the Ever-Living: *92 there is no god but He. So call upon Him, consecrating to Him all your devotion. *93 All praise and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of the whole Universe. *94
*92) That is, "His is the real and true life. He only is living by virtue of His own power. No one else has the eternal and everlasting lift but He. All others have borrowed and temporary life, which is destined to death and perishable. "
*93) For explanation, see E.N.'s :3, 4 of Az-Zumar.
*94) That is, "There is none else the hymns of whose praise may be sung and who may be thanked. "
