Translation of the verse 74 from Surah Ya-Sin : Number of verses 83 - - page 445 - Part 23.

﴾وَٱتَّخَذُواْ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ ءَالِهَةٗ لَّعَلَّهُمۡ يُنصَرُونَ ﴿
[ يس: 74]

And they have taken besides Allah aliha (gods), hoping that they might be helped (by those so called gods).

But they have taken besides Allah [false] deities that perhaps they would be helped.
