Translation of the verse 9 from Surah Al-Anbiya’ : Number of verses 112 - - page 322 - Part 17.

﴾ثُمَّ صَدَقۡنَٰهُمُ ٱلۡوَعۡدَ فَأَنجَيۡنَٰهُمۡ وَمَن نَّشَآءُ وَأَهۡلَكۡنَا ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِينَ ﴿
[ الأنبياء: 9]

Then We fulfilled to them the promise, and We saved them and those whom We willed, but We destroyed Al-Musrifun (i.e. extravagants in oppression, polytheism and in sin).

Then We fulfilled for them the promise, and We saved them and whom We willed and destroyed the transgressors.
