﴾أَوَأَمِنَ أَهۡلُ ٱلۡقُرَىٰٓ أَن يَأۡتِيَهُم بَأۡسُنَا ضُحٗى وَهُمۡ يَلۡعَبُونَ ﴿
[ الأعراف: 98]

Or, did the people of the towns then feel secure against the coming of Our Punishment in the forenoon while they play?
