Surat Maryam Verse No. 5: Reading and listening
Translation of the verse 5 from Surah Maryam : Number of verses 98 - - page 305 - Part 16.
﴾وَإِنِّي خِفۡتُ ٱلۡمَوَٰلِيَ مِن وَرَآءِي وَكَانَتِ ٱمۡرَأَتِي عَاقِرٗا فَهَبۡ لِي مِن لَّدُنكَ وَلِيّٗا ﴿
[ مريم: 5]
"And Verily! I fear my relatives after me, since my wife is barren. So give me from Yourself an heir,

And indeed, I fear the successors after me, and my wife has been barren, so give me from Yourself an heir

(19:5) I now fear (the consequences of) the evil ways of my kinsmen after me, *3 and my wife is barren! I, therefore, pray Thee to bless me by Thy grace with a successor,
